Internet Safety Workshop for Parents
I have been working on a workshop for my summer camper’s parents. My main concern is to make parents aware and not scared of the dangers out on the Internet Superhighway. If they are aware they can guide and set good practices along with rules for their children to keep them safe while at the same time allow them to take advantage of all the positive the Internet has to offer.
While getting informed I stumbled on many wonderful Podcasts. One thing let to another and I am looking into the possibility of starting a regular podcast at the school (created by and for students). Let’s see where that leads….
