So far it was pretty easy to install WordPress Plugins

Search online for WordPress Plugins, ex. WordPress Plugins Database
Download the zip file
Unzip the file onto your hard drive
Upload the file into your wp-content/plugins folder on your hosting server
Open up WordPress and click on the Plugins. It should automatically have your new plugin listed
