Word Press Plugins
So far it was pretty easy to install WordPress Plugins
- Search online for WordPress Plugins, ex. WordPress Plugins Database
- Download the zip file
- Unzip the file onto your hard drive
- Upload the file into your wp-content/plugins folder on your hosting server
- Open up WordPress and click on the Plugins. It should automatically have your new plugin listed
- Choose to activate that plugin
Audio Files
- podPress
I have found a Word Press Plug-in that was easy to install into my directory. With this plug-in, I can easily add Podcast files from within the Dashboard interface. Visitors to the site can easily click on the “play” button to listen to the podcast from their computer or download the MP3 file.

After playing around with several Video plugins, this one seem to be VERY easy and simple. The plugin installs several buttons in your WYSISYG editor. Just click on one of them (choose between google, youtube, iFilm, Quicktime, AVI, MP(E)G and WMV ), then enter the video ID. That’s it.
