Podcasting and blogging are the latest interactive teaching tools educators are using to spice up lessons. See how Pinellas County classroom teachers and reading coaches are using these tools with newspapers to motivate students to do research, communicate in print, speak effectively and use sound to enhance reports and projects.

NIE (Newspaper in Education) programs exist at most newspapers across the country and around the world to promote literacy through the use of newspapers in the classroom
