Printing a Blog
I found several links to day about services that will take a blog and print them in book format for you. I will check further into these links. I have a printed copy of our China Blog in mind.
Still looking for a site, that will convert a blog with images into a printable pdf file.
Added Note:
Blog Printing will let you download your blog (with images) as a .pdf file for free. The pdf file is locked though and you will not be able to print it. Unfortunately it also does not include the comment section. I have ordered one copy of the SJEDS China Blog from them and will report when it arrives.

Thanks for these links - I’ve been thinking about doing some printing myself
