The K-12 Online Conference for 2007 has been announced:

1. 8-12 October 2007 Pre-Conference
2. 15-19 October 2007 Week 1 (Strands 1 and 2)
3. 22-26 October 2007 Week 2 (Strands 3 and 4)
4. 27 October 2007 When Night Falls

Last year’s conference was amazing. I am still referring back to podcasts and presentations.

I will be looking at this year’s conference with different eyes though, since I will have a different position at my school next year. One of my new areas will include professional development for administration, staff and teachers in technology integration. I am very interested in hearing how other school tech leaders have used K-12 Online Conference 2006 in their Professional Development plan. Did you require faculty to listen/view a presentation and reflect on it to be shared with others? Did you make it optional? Large groups? Grade leaders only? I will start sharing my plans for next year as I work on them.
