Collaborative Video Project
Lucy Gray on her blog got me excited about the possibilities of a collaborative video project.
She embedded the following Youtube Video “Gmail,: A behind the Sceen LooK”
What is the Project about? Don’t know yet!
How do we get this project of the ground? Don’t know yet!
How will it look like? Don’t know yet!
All I know is that I understood the energy that came from Lucy about the idea and concept behind this video and the urge to adapt it to something that can be used in the classroom with our students. Involving and collaborating with other students around the country and globe.
Let’s think about this together!! We should be able to come up with something…
kids… culture… traditions… legends…books…family… what could it be?…
Something that turns into an earworm like “This is the song, that never ends, it goes on and on…”
Update:
- A favorite book is shown by each student of a class (or school). Each frame is a clip of one of them passing the book form one side of the video clip frame to the other. This can be in collaboration with other grade levels in your building and school, across town or with other schools in different countries.
- Lower Elementary School kids can show drawings of what they want to be when they grow up, their heroes, their families…
