Kwout- Screencapture and Quoting Tool
Kwout , a web based (no registration) screen capturing and quoting tool is buzzing around the blogo- and twittersphere.

What I especially like about this tool is that it includes an image map with each screen shot. This means that any links on the image map is clickable and takes you to the URL. This is an improvement to ANY other screen capturing tool that I have used. Another positive spin is, that it mashes up with your Flickr account. I went ahead an created a screen shot set on Flickr, where I am planning on adding any interesting quotes taken from Kwout .
This looks like it will turn out to be an interesting, convenient and productive tool for personal and student learning.
