While planning a physical trip to foreign countries in order to take your entire school with on a virtual trip, the travel team has the following responsibilities

- Creation of distribution material
- Submission of global studies program and experience of travel to educational magazines, journals and/or other publications
- Assessments
- Pre- and post school wide assessments
- Measurable activity outcomes
- Collection of evidence of school activities (lesson plans, photos, videos, final projects, immersion week of target grade)
- Documentation of yearly Art Day- photos, videos, audio
