Want to Become More Globally Aware?
If you want to receive and contribute global tidbits in order to be more aware of other languages, geography, countries, cultures, international news, etc., come an join the GLOBALTIDBITS twitter group.
Together we can become more aware in short (less than 140 characters) tidbits. Even if you think you can’t contribute, remember that your local tidbit is very "global" for someone living on the other side of the world.
This group is only as helpful as its contributors. So far we are 18 members strong, from USA, Italy, Singapore and Australia. Please consider joining this group to make us as international as possible.

Thanks for starting up this group. I think it is a great idea and I will endeavour to post once a day! Looking forward to seeing what global tidbits I pick up for myself and to share with my students.
