It&#039;s not as bad as it seems. I have this thing that I learnt way back from an old English teacher I had in the 60s. He taught me to &quot;Just start! N&#039;mind if it all comes out like rubbish. Write it down and edit the rubbish. It&#039;s amazing what you find when you empty the trashcan!&quot;
