		<description>@Martha The starred post has saved me more than once, when I knew I needed to go back to a particular post later on. It is just a matter of getting into the habit of using it.

@Jenny Google gives you also a web URL with an RSS feed, that others can use outside Google Reader to be notified when you add a shared item. It is just another great thing that allows you to share with other without actually having to think about it.</description>

		<description>Thanks for this post.  I, too, have used the starred items some, but haven&#039;t tried sharing yet.  Does it only work for people who use google reader, or will it just send via email also?  I&#039;ve found myself emailing a few posts recently to people who aren&#039;t big blog readers.</description>

		<description>I have frequently used the starred feature in my Google Reader to keep track of postings that I wish to share with other teachers or to refer to in my own blog. 
I recently found out how much of a time saver using the starred feature can be when you are trying to remember where you found that great post and website that you wanted to share with colleagues and forgot to bookmark or post to Delicious! Coincidentally it was your post on Mixbook I spent the better part of a week trying to find.
One great reminder and one great site...Thanks for both!</description>
