This project was designed to capture a monthly picture of the view from your classroom window throughout the 2009-2010 school year and observe how the habitat outside changes. Participating classrooms will have the opportunity to describe the changes viewed through writing photo bylines or voice thread scripts.

Creativity is all about making choices and the results should reflect the 'voice' or individuality of the students whether a piece of writing, art, or scientific report.

Our goal this year is to better integrate our math curriculum with the rest of our curriculum. We know it is easy to integrate math into the curriculum as math is vital to all areas of learning. However, we are struggling with ways to integrate our specific math curriculum into our day. Right now, we have math as a separate subject each day. We would like to integrate more, while still maintaining our very high testing requirements.
